My Approach
As a psychologist, my priority is to create a space where you feel seen, safe, and respected. Whether we are meeting online or in person in Rotterdam, therapy with me is about showing up as you are, without pressure and judgment. It’s a space where you can explore what’s really going on.
I’m genuinely curious about your story, your needs, and the way you experience life in your body and mind. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy, every session is shaped around you. From the beginning, we define what matters most to you, and we work together to move toward that. I bring in tools, insight, and care, you bring your lived experience, your inner knowing, and your permission to be real. Together, we figure out what works best for you.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT helps you notice and shift unhelpful thought patterns that fuel anxiety or self-doubt. It supports practical, everyday changes in how you feel and act.
Schema Therapy
Schema therapy helps you understand the deeper patterns behind how you relate to yourself and others. It’s especially helpful if you feel stuck in repeated emotional cycles.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
ACT encourages you to relate differently to difficult thoughts and feelings, while gently guiding you back to your values and the life you want to live.
Mindfulness & Somatic Body Work
These approaches help you reconnect with your body, slow down, and regulate your nervous system. We might use breath, grounding, or mindful awareness to support calm and presence.
